Terms of use

1. The service

LogFai is a time clock. You clock in and out, take breaks, record business trips and see your working time. Employers see their staff's time, approve it and keep the staff register (personalliggare). LogFai costs nothing for private users, employees and employers.

ScheduleFai, our service for scheduling and payroll, is a separate service with its own terms. When your employer uses it, your schedule is shown in LogFai.

2. Accounts

• Private account: you create it yourself with email and password and log your own working time.
• Employee: your employer adds you and sends an invitation. The employer's agreement with us governs how the data about you and your time is handled.
• Employer: the account is created by us or through ScheduleFai. The administrator is responsible for the staff data being correct.

Keep your password secret and never share your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, change the password and write to us.

3. How you may use LogFai

• Stamp only for yourself, never for someone else.
• Do not try to get around the checks of location, network or BankID.
• Do not use LogFai to break the law or disrupt the service, and do not collect data automatically without our permission.

We may suspend an account that is used against these terms.

4. Time and responsibility

The time of a stamp is set by our server's clock at the moment you stamp. Every change is saved with who, when and why.

The employer is responsible for reviewing and approving the time, for pay, and for the time records and staff register meeting the law. If you see something wrong in your time, tell your employer or correct it with a comment.

5. Availability

We want LogFai to work at all times, but we cannot promise that the service is never interrupted, for example during maintenance or failures at others. Without internet the app cannot stamp. We keep developing LogFai and tell you in advance about larger changes that affect you.

6. Liability

LogFai is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income or pay errors caused by incorrect stamps. This does not limit the rights you have under mandatory law, for example as a consumer.

7. Your data

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy. With a private account you can download your data and delete the account at any time under Settings.

8. Ending

• You can delete your private account at any time. The account and all your time are deleted after 14 days; signing in before then cancels the deletion.
• A private account unused for 24 months is deleted after we have told you by email.
• Employee accounts are ended by the employer.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change the terms. The current version is always here, with its date and version number. For larger changes we tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.

10. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by a Swedish general court. As a consumer you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se).
